Mwanova

  • Version: Stable 1.1
  • Byte Size:  244,782
  • License: GPL
  • Revision Date: September 15, 1999
  • Home Page: ftp://metalab.unc.edu/pub/Linux/science/biology/
  • Description: Mwanova is a terminal based program to compute multi-way analysis of variance of balanced data sets. It can deal with several types of models (fully orthogonal, fully nested, and mixed models), and provides a mechanism to declare factors as Random or Fixed. Mwanova also computes Cornfield-Tukey tables without any data but the factor names and types, which is useful if one wants to inspect experimental designs before the experiment and check for non-testable terms in the analysis.
