• Description: This is a suite of tools to aid people with dynamic IPs. The goal is three fold, one to provide a free way of accessing a dynamic IP box from anywhere, 2 be able to schedule PPP connections, and 3 be able to schedule FTP and HTTP downloads (for off-peak times). Currently, the dynamic IP portion is usable as version 1.00 with command line and KDE interfaces. The other two features are still in development.

• Description: VisualRoute is a speedy Traceroute program that can automatically analyze connectivity problems. The program offers a map of the world, which you can use to view the routes that your IP packets take over the Internet. VisualRoute also lets you track all IP hops in parallel (instead of consecutively), providing results much faster than conventional Traceroute programs. VisualRoute also supports pop-up Whois and Loose Source Route (LSRR) information. With the VisualRoute Server package, VisualRoute may be installed on a central server so users may then access VisualRoute through a Java-enabled Web browser, allowing users inside a firewall to run Traceroutes.
